C&G Ibérica implements ECOLINE technology in Turkey for industrial wastewater recovery and treatment

At C&G Ibérica, we continue to lead innovation and sustainability in the wastewater treatment sector. We have recently received an order for two vacuum evaporators from the ECOLINE line in Turkey. This project, in collaboration with our local strategic partner, reflects our commitment to the recovery and recycling of industrial equipment, one of our main characteristics as a cleantech company.

Our partner specializes in providing wastewater treatment solutions for the industrial sector in Turkey, facing significant environmental challenges. With our advanced vacuum evaporation technology, we will transform what was once waste into a valuable resource, meeting the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installed evaporator models

For this project, the DRY 100 and DRY 350 industrial evaporators  from our ECOLINE line have been selected. This equipment has been refurbished and updated, bringing it to a higher level of efficiency by complying with the most demanding environmental regulations and providing a second life to the equipment.

The ECOLINE series takes advantage of old evaporators that companies no longer use or whose capacities need to be adapted. This equipment is restored at our plant in Barcelona, thoroughly checking the components, updating safety elements, and replacing parts that do not comply with current regulations. In this way, our customers receive refurbished equipment with the same level of guarantee and quality as a completely new one.

Annual treatment capacity and waste minimisation

The two evaporators installed, the DRY 100 and DRY 350, have a combined treatment capacity of more than 117 cubic tons of liquid waste per year. This impressive vacuum evaporation capability will allow the customer to minimize their waste significantly. With a reduction rate of more than 95%, C&G Ibérica's industrial evaporators optimise effluent management, reducing the volume of final waste that must be managed as much as possible.

Amount of water recovered per year

One of the main benefits of vacuum evaporation is the ability to recover clean water, which generates great savings and, above all, a positive impact on the environment. In this project, the recovery of more than 111 tons of treated water per year is expected. This water can be reused in the customer's industrial processes, helping to reduce the consumption of fresh water resources and advancing its commitment to sustainability.
